THE FAN ZONE. FOOTBALL IS FOR ALL AND EVERYONE
Площадка Фестиваля болельщиков ФИФА разместится на площади Куйбышева — самой большой площади Европы. Она почти на гектар больше Красной площади, а значит, самарская фан-зона будет одной из самых крупных в России.
The FIFA Fan Fest site will be located on Kuibyshev Square whis is the largest one in Europe. It is bigger than Red Square for almost a hectare that means that the Samara Fan Zone is going to be one of the biggest in Russia.
Здесь могут наслаждаться футболом до 20 тысяч болельщиков одновременно.
Up to 20,000 fans can be accommodated here at the same time to enjoy football broadcasts.
ОГРОМНЫЙ ЭКРАН
Специально для зрителей на площадке установлен гигантский экран, на котором болельщики увидят прямые трансляции матчей с участием лучших сборных планеты.
Его размер 9х16 метров, а качество «картинки» не уступает мировым стандартам.
ENORMOUS SCREEN
An enormous screen is installed on the site specially for the football fans to see live broadcasts of the matches participating the best national football teams of the world.
It is 9x16 meters, and the image quality suits the world highest standards.
СЦЕНА
Сценический комплекс высотой с девятиэтажный дом — 26 метров в высоту и 46 метров в ширину — будет сочетать официальную эмблему чемпионата мира в России – «перо», уникальную символику Самары и традиционные российские мотивы.
SCENE
The stage complex is a nine storey building height. Its actual height is 26 meters, width is 46 meters. The stage decoration combines the official emblem of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia or so-called “feather”, the Samara unique symbols and traditional Russian motives.
ДИСКОТЕКИ И КОНЦЕРТЫ
В программе фестиваля не только футбол, но и большая развлекательная программа.
На сцене выступят самобытные коллективы Самарской области и звёзды российской и зарубежной эстрады.
Внимание! В дни игр сборной России или игр четвертьфинала, полуфинала и финала развлекательные программы будут насыщенней, а звёзды ярче.
Среди хэдлайнеров – ДДТ, Чайф, «Дискотека Авария», Goran Bregovich, Gothard, Paul Oakenfold, солисты Большого театра и многие другие.
В день открытия Фан-феста выступят сразу три государственных оркестра: симфонический, духовой и оркестр народных инструментов, а также спортивные коллективы, уличный театр. Масштабный флэшмоб соберёт несколько сотен человек.
Ожидаются интерактивы и активности от спонсоров и партнёров FIFA – коммерческий дисплей Coca-Cola c мини-футбольным полем, коммерческий дисплей города-организатора, фотозоны для зрителей.
CONCERTS
The Fan Fest provides not only football broadcasts, but also a large entertainment program.
Original local bands and musicians who is famous in Russia and worldwide will perform on its stage.
Attention, please! The entertainment program will be more intense, and music headliners are bigger on the days of the Russian national team matches, quarter-finals, semi-finals and final games.
Goran Bregovich, Gothard, Paul Oakenfold, the soloists of the Bolshoi Theater, as well as “DDT”, “Chaif”, “Discotheque Avariya” and many others will headline the festival.
On the opening day three state orchestras will perform on the same stage namely symphonic, brass and folk instruments ones. The festival will also host sports teams and street theater. A large-scale flash mob will involve hundreds of people.
The event sponsors and the FIFA partners prepare interactive activities and various entertainments as well. For instance, there will be a Coca-Cola commercial display with a mini football field, a commercial display of the host city and photo booths.
ЦЕНТР ГОРОДА
Площадь Куйбышева расположена в центре города. Добраться сюда можно как на трамваях, так и на специальных автобусах-шаттлах из главных транспортных узлов — аэропорта и железнодорожного вокзала, так называемых «перехватывающих» парковок и стадиона.
Проезд в них бесплатный, как и вход на Фестиваль болельщиков!
CITY CENTER
Kuibyshev Square is located in the city center. You can get there both by trams and special shuttle buses from the main transport hubs such as the International Airport and the Samara Railway Station, the Cosmos Arena and so-called park and rides.
Travelling by them is free, as well as the FIFA Fan Fest entry!
БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬ
На площадке фан-феста будет действовать пропускной режим.
Периметр фан-зоны ограждён и оснащён системой видеонаблюдения, техническими средствами: интроскопами и рамками металлодетекторов. Зрители будут проходить полный досмотр. Порядок во время фан-феста обеспечат более 500 сотрудников полиции и ЧОПов.
Семьям с детьми на фан-фесте будет вполне комфортно и безопасно.
Стоит иметь в виду, что на площадь запретят проходить с велосипедами и самокатами, а также с продуктами и напитками – их можно будет купить на месте по приемлемым ценам.
Кроме этого, на фесте будут работать 570 волонтеров, которые помогут болельщикам-гостям сориентироваться.
SECURITY
The security procedures will be performed at the entrances to the Fan Fest site.
The perimeter of the Fan Zone is fenced and equipped with video surveillance system and technical security means such as screening machines and metal detectors. The audience will be subjected to a security check. Safety during the Fan Fest will be provided by more than 500 policemen and contractors of PMCs.
The Fan Fest site will be safe and comfortable for children.
Take into account that it is forbidden to bring bicycles and kick scooters as well as food and drinks to the site. The supply can be bought on the spot at affordable prices.
Besides, 570 volunteers will attend the Fan Fest to guide and help the guests.
ВРЕМЯ РАБОТЫ
Фан-зона будет работать для болельщиков ежедневно с 14 июня по 15 июля 2018 года, за исключением семи нематчевых дней. В эти дни площадка будет закрыта. Культурно-развлекательная программа будет начинаться за 2 часа до начала первого матча, а завершаться – спустя час после последней игры.
WORKING HOURS
The Fan Zone will be open every day from the 14 June to 15 July 2018, with the exception of seven days when there are no matches. These days the site will be closed. Cultural and entertainment program will start 2 hours before the the first match of the day and will finish in an hour after the last game end.
